Cooking Chicken
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in chicken broth and cream, stirring to combine and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce thickens.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over it.
