  • 1 kg chicken breast Cut into pieces for cooking
  • 1 large onion Chopped
  • 100 g frozen garden peas
  • 1/2 tub Mayflower curry powder For additional flavor
  • 400 ml boiled water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the onion and sauté it in a pan until translucent.
  2. Add the chicken breast (cut into pieces) and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in the Mayflower curry powder and mix well.
  4. Add the boiled water and frozen garden peas.
  5. Cover and simmer for 4 hours on low heat.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with oven chips for kids or cauliflower rice for adults. Optionally, garnish with fresh cilantro or sliced chilies.

Notes
