  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 piece bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breasts. Cook until browned and no longer pink in the center, roughly 5-7 minutes, then remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms, bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry until they are tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and drizzle in the soy sauce. Stir to combine.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat everything through, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
