Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, bacon, cheddar, mozzarella, and ranch dressing until well combined.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brush it with butter or oil.
Cooking
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and spread 1/4 of the chicken mixture evenly over half of the tortilla.
- Fold the other half over to cover the filling.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice the quesadillas into wedges, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
