Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 500 degrees F.
- Dust your work surface and hands with flour to keep the dough from sticking. Stretch the dough until it's evenly thin over a pizza pan.
- Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing on the unbaked crust, leaving about a 1-inch margin around the edge.
- Evenly distribute the cooked chicken on top of the ranch layer.
- Sprinkle about two-thirds of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
- Crumble the cooked bacon over the cheese, and then finish with the remaining mozzarella.
Baking
- Bake your pizza for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Once out of the oven, transfer your masterpiece to a cutting board. Slice it up, and garnish with extra ranch and chopped scallions, if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350 degrees F until warmed through. You can freeze the pizza or individual slices for up to two months.
