Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the French fried onions on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the onions are golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
