  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast Use leftover chicken for convenience.
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 120 grams shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with pepper jack for extra heat.
  • 60 milliliters Ranch dressing Substitute with chipotle sauce for a smoky flavor.
  • 15 grams chopped fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 4 large flour tortillas Can use whole wheat or corn tortillas for healthier options.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocado, cheddar cheese, Ranch dressing, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Fold gently to combine.
  2. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
Assembly
  1. Distribute the filling evenly along the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form burritos.
Cooking
  1. Place the burritos seam-side down in a preheated skillet and grill for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and lightly crisped, turning as needed.
  2. Slice if desired and serve warm.
