  • 6 slices Bacon Diced
  • 2 cups Chicken breast Diced
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste

  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 small Red onion Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 8 oz Cream cheese For the sauce
  • 1/2 cup Milk Adjust for desired creaminess
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth For sauce consistency
  • 1 tbsp Dried herbs Italian herbs recommended

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large pan, cook the diced bacon until crispy and it releases its fat.
  2. Add the diced chicken breast, salt, pepper, and lemon juice; cook until the chicken is browned.
  3. Stir in the chopped red onion and minced garlic; cook for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix it well with the bacon and chicken.
  5. In a blender, combine the cream cheese, milk, garlic cloves, and chicken broth; blend until smooth.
  6. Pour the creamy sauce over the spaghetti mixture in the pan and sprinkle with dried herbs.
  7. Mix everything thoroughly and serve right away.
