Ingredients
  

For the salad
  • 3 ounces cherry jello (or any other flavor)
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple (do NOT drain!)
  • 15 ounces mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 8 ounces whipped cream Use homemade for extra creaminess if desired.
  • 10.5 ounces colorful marshmallows (or white if you prefer)

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, dump the crushed pineapple, including all the juice.
  2. Sprinkle the Jello over the pineapple and stir until it thickens.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
  4. Add the drained mandarin oranges and mix carefully.
  5. Finally, incorporate the marshmallows into the salad.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow it to chill and set.
