Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Stir in the peeled shrimp and cook until they turn pink, approximately 2–3 minutes.
- Add the lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, then pour in the heavy cream and let it melt.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and mix everything well.
Baking
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and top it with some additional mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes until it is bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving warm.
