For the Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for ease!
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature for easy mixing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella mix Feel free to mix it up with your favorite cheese!
For the Dough
  • 1 package crescent roll or biscuit dough Fresh, flaky dough yields the best results

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheese in a mixing bowl. Mix until it’s all well incorporated.
  3. Cut your dough into squares.
  4. Scoop a generous amount of the chicken mixture into the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch the seams to seal.
  6. Place the bombs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they turn a lovely golden brown.
