  • 1 can creamed corn Niblet corn can be used as an alternative.
  • 2 cups cheese (cheddar or your favorite blend) Feel free to mix up the cheese.
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tube Pillsbury biscuits
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Add to taste.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Oven: Start by setting your oven to 350°F (175°C) so it’s ready for your casserole.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, ham, onion, creamed corn, eggs, 1 cup of cheese, and spices. Make sure everything is well mixed.
  3. Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish, spreading it evenly for consistent baking.
  4. Add Biscuits: Remove the biscuits from the tube and tear them into small pieces, scattering them over the casserole.
  5. Cheese It Up: Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
  6. Bake: Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted, golden brown, and everything is cooked through.
  7. Rest and Serve: Let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
