  • 30 oz shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 2 cups ham, cubed
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 can creamed corn (or niblet corn)
  • 2 cups cheese (your choice!) Can use different cheese varieties.
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tube Pillsbury biscuits
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Adjust to taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, cubed ham, chopped onion, creamed corn, beaten eggs, one cup of cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Open the tube of Pillsbury biscuits and tear each biscuit into small pieces. Scatter these over the top of the casserole evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the biscuit pieces.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is fully cooked, the cheese is melted, and the top is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
