Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, cubed ham, chopped onion, creamed corn, beaten eggs, one cup of cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Open the tube of Pillsbury biscuits and tear each biscuit into small pieces. Scatter these over the top of the casserole evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the biscuit pieces.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is fully cooked, the cheese is melted, and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
