  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced Can use leftover rotisserie chicken.
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Can substitute with cheddar or other cheeses.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant and golden.
  3. Stir in the shredded or diced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until heated through.
Assembly and Cooking
  1. Place the flour tortillas on a flat surface and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them.
  2. Top each serving with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling, ensuring they’re rolled up tightly.
  4. In the same skillet, place the wraps seam-side down. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  5. Remove the wraps from the skillet, slice them in half, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
