Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mozzarella or cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface.
  3. Divide the chicken mixture among the tortillas, placing it in the center.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Place the wraps seam-side down on the pan and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  3. Slice in half and serve warm.
