  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded) Other cheeses can be used per preference.
  • 4 large tortillas Flour tortillas work well for these wraps.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with garlic aioli. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
  4. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and roll them tightly from the bottom up to create wraps.
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
  2. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
