  • 2 large large tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Use your preference.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or barbecue sauce Optional sauce for added flavor.
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions (optional) Leave out if not desired.
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with your choice of ranch dressing or barbecue sauce.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat on a surface for easy filling.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly across each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese, followed by lettuce, diced tomatoes, and onions, if desired.
  5. Add salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps.
  7. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately for the best flavor!
