Ingredients

For the chicken
  • 2 large large chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
For the wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, toss the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper until it’s fully coated.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, then add the seasoned chicken. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken turns golden brown and is cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Assembly
  1. Lay out your tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a generous layer of creamy garlic sauce over each one.
  2. Distribute the cooked chicken evenly among the tortillas, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Fold each tortilla over the filling to create a wrap.
Cooking
  1. Using the same pan, grill the wrapped tortillas for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy and golden.
  2. Remove from the pan, cut each wrap in half, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

To keep leftovers fresh, allow the wraps to cool completely before placing them in an airtight container. They can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in a skillet for a few minutes to regain crispiness.
