Ingredients
Method
Cooking the Spaghetti
- Boil a pot of salted water and add the spaghetti. Cook until al dente, then reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, drain, and set aside.
Cooking the Cheesy Chicken Bites
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Sear the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6–7 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken during the last minute of cooking to let it melt.
Making the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly, then add the grated Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Whisk until smooth and creamy; adjust the consistency with the reserved pasta water if needed.
Combining Pasta & Chicken
- Toss the cooked spaghetti in the garlic Parmesan sauce, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Add the cheesy chicken bites on top or mix them in for an even distribution.
Serving & Garnishing
- Plate the spaghetti, topping it with the cheesy chicken bites.
- For extra flair, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, more Parmesan, and perhaps a drizzle of the garlic butter from the chicken.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat, adding a splash of cream or reserved pasta water to restore the sauce’s creaminess.
