Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, along with crumbled bacon. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and add to the chicken mixture. Carefully stir.
Baking
  1. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread the mixture evenly in the dish.
  2. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  3. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  4. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
