Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, along with crumbled bacon. Mix thoroughly.
  • Cut each biscuit into quarters and add to the chicken mixture. Carefully stir.

Baking

  • Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread the mixture evenly in the dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
