Preparation

Assembly
- Place the cauliflower in the greased baking dish and pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Drizzle melted butter over everything, then add the cheddar, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese on top.
Baking
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes until it is golden and bubbly.
Serving
- Let it cool slightly before serving, and you can garnish with herbs if you like.
