Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Spray an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray or grease with butter.
- Open the can of crescent dough and roll it into your prepared baking dish.
Cooking
- In a large, semi-deep skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and zucchini; cook until slightly tender, about 7 minutes. Then, remove from heat and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the parsley, garlic powder, oregano, heavy cream, and eggs until thoroughly combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the zucchini and mix well. Add in the cheeses and stir to combine.
- Pour this mixture on top of the crescent rolls in the baking dish.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is slightly browned.
