  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well blended.
  2. Spread a generous spoonful of the cream cheese mixture along the center of each tortilla.
  3. Roll up the tortillas tightly, ensuring the filling is securely enclosed.
Cooking
  1. Brush each taquito with melted butter and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture until coated evenly.
  2. Place the taquitos on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  3. Alternatively, you can fry the taquitos in hot oil for a few minutes until they are crispy and golden brown.
  4. Once cooked, remove the taquitos from the oven or oil and let them cool slightly before serving.
