Ingredients
  

Berries
  • 2 cups Strawberries, hulled and cut into quarters
  • 1 cup Blueberries, washed and dried
  • 1 cup Raspberries, washed and dried
  • 2 cups Blackberries, washed and dried
Cheesecake Mixture
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by slicing the strawberries and washing all the berries. Lay them on paper towels to dry.
  2. In the stand mixer, beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.
  3. Add in the sugar and Cool Whip, mixing until everything is incorporated and smooth.
Combining
  1. Scoop out half of this delightful mixture into a separate bowl.
  2. Toss in the first batch of berries and gently fold until combined.
  3. Add the remaining berries and cheesecake mixture, folding gently until everything is beautifully mixed together.
Chilling
  1. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy it cold!
