Preparation
  1. Wash and dry your strawberries carefully with a paper towel. Cut a flat edge on the leaf side to allow them to sit securely.
  2. Cut each strawberry into six points to create a star shape, making sure not to cut all the way down.

  4. Mix in the powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Beat until everything is well-combined and silky smooth.
  5. Fill an icing bag or Ziploc bag with the cream cheese mixture and pipe it generously into each strawberry.
