- Mix in the powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Beat until everything is well-combined and silky smooth.
- Fill an icing bag or Ziploc bag with the cream cheese mixture and pipe it generously into each strawberry.
- Serve immediately and add graham cracker crumbs on top for a sweet crunch.
