  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 10 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 10 oz cans cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 24 oz bag frozen french fries
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Quartered hamburger pickle chips for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prep a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef and chopped onion. Crumble the beef and mix with the ketchup until well combined.
  3. Spread the beef mixture at the bottom of the prepared baking dish, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the cream of mushroom soup and cheddar cheese soup over the meat, spreading evenly with a spatula.
  5. Top with an even layer of frozen french fries, then pop it in the oven.
  6. Bake for 1 hour until everything is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Finish with quartered hamburger pickle chips on top for garnish and serve warm.

Notes
