Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the crust. If using a store-bought pie crust, roll it out and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish. If making your own, prepare accordingly. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, whole milk, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg until well combined.
- Stir in the grated Gruyere, Swiss, and Cheddar cheeses until evenly distributed.
Baking
- Pour the cheese mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let the quiche cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
