  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

Method

Preparation

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the meat is cooked through.

Notes

Make sure to seal the meat around the cheese well to prevent it from leaking out during cooking. Use thin, crispy bacon for the best texture. You can mix in your favorite spices or sauces into the ground beef for extra flavor. Serve with extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
