Method
 

Preparation
  1. Sweep or vacuum the floor to remove crumbs and grit.
  2. In a bucket, mix warm water with a splash of vinegar or a drop of dish soap.
Cleaning
  1. Using a microfiber mop, apply the solution lightly to the floor.
  2. Spot treat stains with baking soda sprinkled on the affected area, then rub with a damp cloth.
  3. Dip a toothbrush in the cleaning solution to scrub grout lines.
  4. Rinse the floor with plain warm water using a mop.
  5. Dry the floor with clean towels or a dry mop.

Notes

Perform this cleaning routine weekly, with deeper grout scrubs monthly. For optimal maintenance, use doormats and ventilate the area while cleaning.
