Ingredients
  

For the Dessert
  • 2 cans 8oz. cans Crescent Rolls
  • 1 package 8oz. package cream cheese, softened Ensure it’s softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 can 21oz. can apple pie filling
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce Use generously.
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar For the glaze.
  • 1 Tablespoon milk For the glaze.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Using a handheld mixer, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. On your prepared baking sheet, lay out the triangles so they overlap, forming an approximate 6-inch circle in the center.
  5. Spoon on the apple pie filling and drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
  6. Dollop and gently spread the cream cheese mixture over the apple filling.
  7. Carefully fold the outer ends of the dough over the filling, pinching the dough together to seal.
Baking
  1. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
Glazing
  1. Whisk together the confectioners sugar and milk until smooth, then drizzle it over the warm Crescent Ring.
