Ingredients

Ingredients for the Wreath
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter (for sautéing)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (for glaze)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the crescent roll dough package.
  2. Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced apple, brown sugar, and cinnamon, sautéing until the apples are tender.
  3. Arrange the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet in a wreath shape, slightly overlapping the triangles.
  4. Spoon the sautéed apples and brie cheese into the center of the wreath.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling to enclose it fully, creating a beautiful wreath shape.
  6. Brush the melted butter over the dough for a golden finish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until the wreath is golden brown.
  8. Prepare the glaze by mixing melted butter and maple syrup. Drizzle it over the warm wreath just before serving.
