Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ricotta cheese. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add in the confectioner’s sugar, orange extract, and lemon zest. Blend everything together until you achieve a creamy, cohesive mixture.
  3. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
