  • 8 oz Fettuccine pasta Base of the dish.
  • 1 lb Shrimp Fresh or frozen; thaw if using frozen.
Sauce Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Butter For flavor.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced, for aromatic appeal.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Adds richness.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese For depth and savory taste.
  • 1 tbsp Creole seasoning Brings the heat.
  • to taste Salt and pepper To enhance flavors.
  • 2 tbsp Parsley Fresh, for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. When done, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted and bubbly, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the shrimp. Season with Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer, allowing it to thicken slightly.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth and melted.
  6. Add the drained fettuccine to the sauce, tossing gently to coat the noodles thoroughly.
  7. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top just before serving.
