Preparation
- Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun spice.
Cooking
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Sear the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Do the same with the salmon until it’s golden and flaky.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter, sauté the garlic, then add heavy cream.
- Stir in Parmesan until melted and creamy.
- Boil potatoes until tender, mash them with butter, cream, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Steam or blanch green beans for a couple of minutes until vibrant and tender.
Assembly
- Plate the salmon and shrimp, top with the garlic cream sauce, and serve alongside mashed potatoes and green beans.

Notes
