Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 pound Fresh shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound Salmon fillets Skinless
Spices
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust based on spice tolerance
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper To taste
Cream Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
Sides
  • 2 pounds Potatoes For mashing
  • 1 pound Green beans Trimmed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun spice.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Sear the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  2. Do the same with the salmon until it’s golden and flaky.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter, sauté the garlic, then add heavy cream.
  4. Stir in Parmesan until melted and creamy.
  5. Boil potatoes until tender, mash them with butter, cream, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Steam or blanch green beans for a couple of minutes until vibrant and tender.
Assembly
  1. Plate the salmon and shrimp, top with the garlic cream sauce, and serve alongside mashed potatoes and green beans.

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or stovetop. Best not to freeze the cream sauce to prevent separation.
