Preparation

- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel, then season with salt and pepper after rubbing with oil.
Cooking
- Cook the salmon for 6-8 minutes on each side on a preheated grill or grill pan until opaque and crusty.
- Once cooked, generously spread the Cajun Honey Butter over each fillet.
- Let the butter melt for about 30 seconds before spreading it evenly with the back of a spoon.
