This Cajun Fried Corn recipe offers a delightful twist on traditional corn on the cob. Fresh corn pieces are coated in a flavorful Cajun butter mixture and air-fried to perfection, resulting in crispy, savory bites that are perfect for snacking or as a side dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ears corn on the cob
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (see notes)
  • Ranch dressing for dipping

Method
 

  1. Remove the husk and silk from the corn and cut the corn into 4 pieces each, about 2-3 inches wide.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl and add the Cajun seasoning. Stir to combine.
  3. Add the corn to the butter and toss to coat, making sure to fully coat the corn.
  4. Add the corn to the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket gently every 5 minutes. Corn should be browned.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

If you don't have Cajun seasoning, you can make your own by combining paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, and black pepper.
