Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 large cabbage, chopped
  • 2 small onions, diced
  • 1 large celery stalk, chopped very small
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
Meat
  • 1-2 pounds ground beef You can substitute with turkey or a plant-based alternative.
Seasoning
  • 1 pouch Lipton Onion Soup Mix Any flavor can be used.
  • to taste additional spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder) Feel free to adjust to your liking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Fill a large saucepan halfway with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the chopped cabbage, diced onions, chopped celery, and stewed tomatoes to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer until the vegetables are tender.
  4. In a separate skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat once it’s fully cooked.
Combining
  1. Stir the Lipton Onion Soup Mix into the vegetable pot, adding your choice of spices to taste.
  2. Mix in the cooked ground beef and let everything simmer together for a few more minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Ladle the soup into bowls and serve hot. Enjoy the warmth!
