Preparation
- Fill a large saucepan halfway with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the cabbage, onions, and celery to the boiling water. Reduce the heat and let it simmer.
- In a separate pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s browned. Drain any fat.
- Add the cooked ground beef and Lipton Onion Soup Mix to the simmering vegetables.
Cooking
- If desired, add any spices you like at this point.
- Allow the soup to simmer for a few more minutes until all the flavors blend together.
- Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
