  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Toss in the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion turns translucent.
  4. Stir in the diced potatoes and chopped cabbage.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth, followed by the salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  7. Adjust seasoning to taste and enjoy warm.
