Preparation

- Add chopped onions and garlic to the skillet, cooking until translucent.
- Mix in the cooked rice, chopped cabbage, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Baking
- Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and top with extra tomato sauce if desired.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes for a nice crust.
