- Place olives in a bowl and arrange pickled peppers next to them on one end of platter.
- Add a bed of greens to the other side of platter as a base for tomatoes.
- Wash and slice heirloom tomatoes. Halve cherry tomatoes. Whisk dressing together.
- Arrange sliced tomatoes on platter, then top with cherry tomatoes.
- Tuck sliced onions and add sliced or rolled meats into blank spots.
- Slice open burrata, drizzle all with dressing. Serve immediately.
