  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and/or Monterey Jack) Use a mix for enhanced flavor.
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (optional) Adjust for desired spice.
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup sour cream For serving.
  • 1/2 cup guacamole For serving.
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a Bundt pan, layer half of the tortilla chips around the sides and bottom.
  3. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese, followed by black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños over the chips.
  4. Repeat this layering with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes after removing from the oven.
  7. Invert the Bundt pan onto a serving platter to beautifully display your nachos.
  8. Finish by topping with sour cream, guacamole, and chopped green onions.
