Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a Bundt pan, layer half of the tortilla chips around the sides and bottom.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese, followed by black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños over the chips.
- Repeat this layering with the remaining ingredients.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes after removing from the oven.
- Invert the Bundt pan onto a serving platter to beautifully display your nachos.
- Finish by topping with sour cream, guacamole, and chopped green onions.
