  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken Ensure the chicken is fully cooked and shredded.
  • 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon Use crispy bacon for the best texture.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Other cheeses like cheddar or pepper jack can be used.
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce Add more for extra spice if desired.
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits) This will be the outer layer of the bombs.
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs For coating the bombs.
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter This helps the breadcrumbs stick.
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing Optional, for dipping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup of Buffalo sauce.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough piece with your hands.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Pinch the edges of the dough to seal and form a ball.
  6. Brush each ball with melted butter, then roll it in seasoned breadcrumbs.
  7. Place the balls on the baking sheet, seam-side down.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  9. Drizzle with extra Buffalo sauce and serve warm.

Notes
