Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup of Buffalo sauce.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece with your hands.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center of each biscuit.
- Pinch the edges of the dough to seal and form a ball.
- Brush each ball with melted butter, then roll it in seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Place the balls on the baking sheet, seam-side down.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
- Drizzle with extra Buffalo sauce and serve warm.

Notes
These mozzarella bombs are best served warm right out of the oven. You can place them on a serving platter with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
