  • 1 box 18 oz brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips optional

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix and flour.
  • Add the eggs and vegetable oil, mixing until well combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips if you are using them.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  • Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

These cookies are best served warm. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-5 days or freeze for up to three months. For added flavor, try vanilla extract or different flavored chips.
