  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour Can be substituted with gluten-free flour for a gluten-free option.
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional) Can be replaced with nuts or dried fruit.

Method
 

Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix and flour.
  3. Add the eggs and vegetable oil, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips if you are using them.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
