Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush olive oil over each flatbread, ensuring even coverage.
  3. Arrange the sliced brie on both flatbreads, distributing it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and thyme leaves atop the brie.
Cooking
  1. Place the flatbreads in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the flatbread edges are golden brown.
  2. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup, if desired, just before serving.
