- Wash the limes thoroughly and pat them dry to remove excess wax.
- Slice off the ends of each lime and cut them into 1/8ths.
- In a blender, combine half of the ice water, half the sugar, and half the limes. Pulse for about 7-10 times until blended.
- Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer, pressing down to extract as much juice as possible.
- Repeat the blending and straining process with the remaining ingredients.
- Once you have your liquid in a container, stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Serve in glasses filled with ice, and enjoy this delightful beverage!
