  • 2 cups rolled oats (gluten-free, if needed)
  • 2 large bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Line a cookie sheet or baking tray with parchment paper and set it aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, mashed bananas, and peanut butter. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries using a rubber spatula.
  • Form the dough into 12 balls and place them on the lined tray. Press each ball down to flatten into a cookie shape.
  • Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until they turn golden around the edges and are just cooked in the center.
  • Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the tray for 10 minutes.
