Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Generously grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with melted butter.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Pour in the milk and stir gently until just combined, leaving a few lumps.
- Fold in most of the blueberries, saving some for the top.
- Spread the batter into the greased baking dish and scatter the reserved blueberries on top.
- Pour the melted butter evenly over the surface.
Baking
- Bake the dish for 25–30 minutes, until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the biscuits cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
