Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter Melted, plus more for greasing the dish
Fruits
  • 2 cups Fresh blueberries Can use frozen without thawing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Melt ½ cup of butter and pour it into the bottom of your greased baking dish; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  4. Add in the milk and gently combine; don’t over-mix.
  5. Fold in the fresh blueberries.
Baking
  1. Spoon the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish. Do not mix; the butter should remain below the dough.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the tops are golden and the biscuit is cooked through.
  3. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
